1Acceptance

These Subscription Terms (the "Terms") apply to your subscription to Enso Pro, the premium subscription offered within Enso Shift (the "App"). By subscribing to or starting a free trial of Enso Pro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not subscribe. You may continue using the App's free features.

2Subscription Products

Enso Pro offers the following auto-renewing subscription plans. All products are managed through the Apple App Store:

The exact price (in local currency, including any applicable taxes) is shown in-App at the time of purchase. Apple presents pricing based on the storefront associated with your Apple ID.

3Free Trial

During the trial you have full access to Enso Pro features. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, Apple will automatically charge the standard price of your selected plan and the paid subscription will begin.

Each Apple ID is eligible for one free trial within a subscription group. Switching plans (e.g. from monthly to yearly) does not reset trial eligibility.

4Auto-Renewal & Billing

Enso Pro subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscriptions follow these standard rules:

• Payment: Your payment method on file with Apple is charged at the time of purchase confirmation.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal charge: The renewal charge is applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price of the selected plan.
• Price changes: If the subscription price changes, Apple will notify you in advance and, where required, request your confirmation.

5Manage & Cancel

You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time after purchase:

• Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
• Tap your name at the top → Subscriptions.
• Select Enso Pro, then change your plan or turn off auto-renewal.

If you turn off auto-renewal, your current paid period remains active until its end date, after which the subscription will not renew and Enso Pro features will be disabled.

6Refunds

All subscription payments are collected and processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple:

reportaproblem.apple.com → select the relevant purchase → request a refund.

Refunds are granted at Apple's discretion under its refund policy. We cannot process refunds outside of Apple's system.

7License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the App and Enso Pro features for your personal use on iOS or iPadOS devices associated with a valid Apple ID, in accordance with Apple's standard EULA.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as expressly permitted by applicable law;
• Rent, sell, resell, or otherwise commercially transfer the App or Enso Pro features;
• Use the App for any illegal activity or in any way that infringes third-party rights.

This license is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

8Disclaimer

The App and Enso Pro features are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The App is intended to assist with scheduling decisions. Generated schedules are advisory; you remain responsible for reviewing and approving any schedule you choose to adopt. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9Changes to These Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. Material changes affecting billing or your rights will be highlighted within the App.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Where mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction grant you additional rights, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
