1接受条款Acceptance of Terms

本用户协议（以下简称"本协议"）是您与 Enso 排班（以下简称"我们"或"本应用"）之间关于使用本应用及其服务的法律协议。下载、安装或使用本应用即表示您已阅读、理解并同意受本协议全部条款的约束。

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you and Enso Shift ("we," "us," or "the App") governing your use of the App and its services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.

如您不同意本协议的任何条款，请勿下载、安装或使用本应用。

If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, please do not download, install, or use the App.

2服务说明Description of Service

Enso 排班是一款 iOS / iPadOS 应用，旨在帮助用户进行排班管理与自动排班生成。核心功能包括：

Enso Shift is an iOS / iPadOS application designed to assist with shift scheduling and automatic schedule generation. Core features include:

• 人员与班次管理Staff and shift management
• 基于约束的自动排班求解Constraint-based automatic schedule solving
• 排班结果的查看、编辑与导出Viewing, editing, and exporting schedules
• 可选 iCloud 同步（需手动开启）Optional iCloud sync (must be enabled manually)

排班结果仅为参考与辅助，您仍需自行核对并对最终采用的排班方案负责。

Generated schedules are advisory only. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any schedule you choose to adopt.

3账号与资格Account & Eligibility

本应用无需注册或登录账号即可使用核心功能。Enso Pro 订阅通过您的 Apple ID 由 Apple 管理，我们不会创建或维护独立的用户账号。

The App does not require registration or sign-in for core features. Enso Pro subscriptions are managed by Apple through your Apple ID; we do not create or maintain separate user accounts.

您必须年满 13 周岁方可使用本应用。如您未满 13 周岁，请勿使用本应用。

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 13, please do not use the App.

4Enso Pro 订阅Enso Pro Subscription

Enso Pro 是本应用提供的可选高级订阅服务。基础排班功能永久免费，订阅 Enso Pro 可解锁额外的高级功能。

Enso Pro is an optional premium subscription offered within the App. Basic scheduling features remain free; subscribing to Enso Pro unlocks additional premium features.

当前提供以下自动续期订阅方案：

The following auto-renewing subscription plans are currently offered:

具体价格（含当地货币与税费）以下单时 App 内显示的金额为准，由 Apple 根据您 Apple ID 所在地区呈现。

The exact price (in local currency, including any applicable taxes) is shown in-App at the time of purchase. Apple presents pricing based on the storefront associated with your Apple ID.

所有订阅产品在 Apple App Store 内统一管理。

All subscription products are managed through the Apple App Store.

5免费试用Free Trial

免费试用为期 7 天，仅向首次订阅本订阅组的用户提供。试用期间您可使用 Enso Pro 的全部高级功能。

The free trial lasts 7 days and is offered only to first-time subscribers of this subscription group. During the trial you have full access to Enso Pro features.

如您在试用结束前至少 24 小时未取消订阅，Apple 将自动按所选周期的标准价格计费，付费订阅随即开始。

Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, Apple will automatically charge the standard price of your selected plan and the paid subscription will begin.

同一 Apple ID 在同一订阅组内仅享有一次免费试用资格，更换方案（例如月度切换为年度）不会重置试用资格。

Each Apple ID is eligible for one free trial within a subscription group. Switching plans (e.g. from monthly to yearly) does not reset trial eligibility.

6自动续期与计费Auto-Renewal & Billing

Enso Pro 订阅由 Apple 通过您的 Apple ID 进行计费与管理。订阅遵循以下标准规则：

Enso Pro subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscriptions follow these standard rules:

• 付款方式：购买确认后，款项由 Apple 从您 Apple ID 绑定的支付方式中收取。Payment: Your payment method on file with Apple is charged at the time of purchase confirmation.
• 自动续期：除非您在当前订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续期，否则订阅将自动续期。Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• 续期计费：续期费用将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内按所选方案的当时价格收取。Renewal charge: The renewal charge is applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price of the selected plan.
• 价格调整：如订阅价格发生变化，Apple 将根据其政策提前通知您，并在必要时请求您确认。Price changes: If the subscription price changes, Apple will notify you in advance and, where required, request your confirmation.

7取消与退款Cancellation & Refunds

如何取消：

How to cancel:

• 打开 iPhone 或 iPad 的「设置」。Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
• 点击顶部您的姓名 → 「订阅」。Tap your name at the top → Subscriptions.
• 选择 Enso Pro，根据需要切换方案或关闭自动续期。Select Enso Pro, then change your plan or turn off auto-renewal.

关闭自动续期后，您当前已支付的订阅周期仍可继续使用至到期日，到期后将停止续费，Enso Pro 功能随即关闭。

If you turn off auto-renewal, your current paid period remains active until its end date, after which the subscription will not renew and Enso Pro features will be disabled.

退款：所有订阅款项均由 Apple 收取并处理。退款请求请通过 Apple 提交：reportaproblem.apple.com → 选择对应订单 → 申请退款。退款是否批准由 Apple 根据其退款政策决定，我们无法绕过 Apple 直接为您办理退款。

Refunds: All subscription payments are collected and processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com → select the relevant purchase → request a refund. Refunds are granted at Apple's discretion under its refund policy. We cannot process refunds outside of Apple's system.

8使用许可License Grant

在您遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予您一项有限、非独占、不可转让、不可再许可的许可，仅供您本人在持有有效 Apple ID 的 iOS / iPadOS 设备上，按 Apple 标准 EULA 的规定，个人使用本应用及 Enso Pro 功能。

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the App and Enso Pro features for your personal use on iOS or iPadOS devices associated with a valid Apple ID, in accordance with Apple's standard EULA.

除上述许可外，您不得：

You may not:

• 复制、修改、反向工程、反编译或反汇编本应用，除非适用法律明确允许Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as expressly permitted by applicable law
• 将本应用或 Enso Pro 功能出租、出售、转售或以其他方式商业转让Rent, sell, resell, or otherwise commercially transfer the App or Enso Pro features
• 使用本应用从事违反法律或侵犯第三方权利的活动Use the App for any illegal activity or in any way that infringes third-party rights

本许可同时受 Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议约束。

This license is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

9用户行为规范User Conduct

您同意在使用本应用时遵守所有适用的法律法规。您不得：

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App. You must not:

• 利用本应用从事任何非法活动或侵犯他人合法权益Use the App for any illegal activities or to infringe upon the lawful rights of others
• 干扰或破坏本应用的正常运行或其服务器和网络Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App or its servers and networks
• 尝试未经授权访问本应用的任何部分或其相关系统Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems

10知识产权Intellectual Property

本应用及其全部内容、功能与设计（包括但不限于名称、图标、界面设计、排班算法、代码及文档）的所有知识产权均归我们所有或经合法授权使用，受中华人民共和国及国际知识产权法律保护。

All intellectual property rights in the App and its entire content, features, and design (including but not limited to the name, icon, interface design, scheduling algorithms, code, and documentation) are owned by us or used under lawful license, and are protected by the intellectual property laws of the People's Republic of China and international treaties.

您在使用本应用过程中创建的数据（如员工信息、班次配置、排班结果）归您所有。本协议不授予我们对此类数据的任何所有权。

Data you create while using the App (such as staff information, shift configurations, and schedules) belongs to you. This Agreement does not grant us any ownership rights to such data.

11免责声明Disclaimer of Warranties

本应用与 Enso Pro 功能按"现状"与"现有"基础提供。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不就本应用做出任何明示或默示的担保，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性、不侵权以及无差错的担保。

The App and Enso Pro features are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and error-free operation.

本应用旨在协助您进行排班决策。生成的排班结果仅作为参考与辅助，您仍需自行核对并对最终采用的排班方案负责。我们不保证排班结果完全满足您的特定需求或始终无错误。

The App is intended to assist with scheduling decisions. Generated schedules are advisory; you remain responsible for reviewing and approving any schedule you choose to adopt. We do not guarantee that schedules will fully meet your specific requirements or be entirely error-free.

12责任限制Limitation of Liability

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本应用所产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损失承担责任，包括但不限于利润损失、数据丢失、业务中断或商誉损害，无论基于何种责任理论（合同、侵权或其他），即使我们已被告知此类损害的可能性。

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

在任何情况下，我们对您在本协议项下的累计责任总额不超过您在索赔发生前十二（12）个月内实际支付给我们的费用金额。

In no event shall our aggregate liability to you under this Agreement exceed the amount actually paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13赔偿Indemnification

您同意赔偿并使我们免受因您违反本协议或不当使用本应用而引起的任何第三方索赔、诉讼、损害、损失、费用或支出（包括合理的律师费）。

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, suits, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of this Agreement or misuse of the App.

14终止Termination

本协议自您首次使用本应用之日起生效，直至由任一方终止。您可以随时通过卸载本应用来终止本协议。Enso Pro 订阅的终止不影响您当前已付费周期的使用。

This Agreement is effective as of your first use of the App and continues until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App. Termination of an Enso Pro subscription does not affect your access during the current paid period.

如您违反本协议的任何条款，我们有权在通知后立即终止本协议及您的使用权限。

If you breach any term of this Agreement, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your access with immediate effect upon notice.

本协议中按其性质应在终止后继续有效的条款（包括但不限于免责声明、责任限制、知识产权及适用法律条款），在终止后仍然有效。

Those terms of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to disclaimers, limitation of liability, intellectual property, and governing law) shall survive termination.

15条款变更Changes to These Terms

我们可能不时更新本用户协议。任何变更将在本页面发布，并相应更新顶部的"最后更新"日期。重大变更将在应用内显著告知。

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. Material changes will be highlighted within the App.

在变更生效后继续使用本应用，即表示您接受修改后的条款。

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

16适用法律Governing Law

本协议的解释、适用与争议解决适用中华人民共和国法律（不含其冲突法规则）。如您所在地区的强制性消费者保护法律给予您额外权利，本协议不限制此类权利。

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Where mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction grant you additional rights, nothing in this Agreement limits those rights.
